Charter Flights

At Meridian Air Group we are here to serve you! Whatever your travel plans require we will meet your needs, whether your itinerary is for business or pleasure. Our mission is to provide you a convenient and stress-free travel experience –– if your meeting runs overtime, if you are caught in traffic, or if your plans change at the last minute, we can accommodate your schedule. We are here for you around the clock––Meridian Air Group runs on a 24/7/365 timetable.

Layover charges are continuous when the crew is on duty. On overnight trips no charges are incurred from 5:00 pm through 9:00 am.

Other charges which include overnight crew expenses, landing fees, catering, deicing, hanger fees during inclement weather, and other miscellaneous expenses are billed at cost.

Our goal is to offer the best professional care. In additon to our customary services, we are ready to go above and beyond to meet your specific needs while maintaining your schedule. Other services we provide are Catering and Ground Transportation. If you are looking for an aircraft type that is not part of our fleet right now, please let us know– we would be happy to find an aircraft that fits your mission. We have relationships with other vetted operators through industry brokerage networks.

Aircraft Management

If you are considering buying an aircraft, Meridian Air Group can develop a mission profile and complete a financial analysis to help you select the right aircraft for your needs. If you already own an aircraft, we can help you offset some of the cost of ownership by chartering and marketing the plane to third parties. Our main goal is to always provide you with safe, personal air travel.

Meridian Air Group is structured to provide turn-key flight department services for our aircraft owners. Our management team includes professionals who understand operations, maintenance, and training. As the owner, you have a vested interest in the costs directly associated with operating your aircraft. When we manage your aircraft, our services include:

• Professionally trained, licensed, and qualified pilots
• Providing payroll and benefits services for the pilots
• Insuring your aircraft under our umbrella policy
• Marketing your aircraft for revenue flights
• Coordinating and overseeing all required aircraft maintenance
• Keeping your airplane clean and stocked with cabin supplies
• Providing you with detailed expense, tax, and operations reports on a monthly basis
• Providing advice and oversight of desired modifications to the aircraft
• Providing owner support arrangements for your travel needs

Maintenance

Meridian Air Group offers a full array of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for operators of turbine and piston-powered aircraft. Our goal is to provide unmatched quality, competitive flat-rate pricing and on-time return to service. Our Maintenance Department serves every owner and/or pilot with skill and integrity. Our technicians and inspectors are known throughout the region and are trained to handle:

• Annual and other scheduled inspections
• Major repairs and alterations
• Engine removals and re-installations
• Fuel injection system setups (with calibrated diagnostics)
• Pre-purchase inspections

We are also factory trained on several popular airframe and engine models. The Meridian Air Group staff is dedicated to industry best practices and strives to provide our clients with uncompromising quality, service and value. Other services include:

• Dynamic propeller balancing
