Your Questions
Can I fly into any airport?
Airport selection is generally determined by runway length, weather capabilities and availability of fuel. We can access thousands of public airports in the Continental U.S., Canada and the Caribbean as opposed to the few hundred utilized by the scheduled airlines.
What kind of arrangements can you make for me?
In addition to taking care of your flight needs, we can also arrange ground transportation, rental cars, catering, and many other services.
How much does it cost to charter?
Simply provide us with a few details and we can generate an estimate for you on any trip. Contact us with your destination, the day you would like to fly, the approximate time of day for the flight, and the number of passengers. Many metropolitan areas have multiple airports. If you can provide a landmark or the address of your final destination, we can select the most convenient airport.
How much advance notice do you need for scheduling a flight?
Flights are scheduled based on first-come, first-served availability; however, often we can accommodate as little as two hours notice. A week’s notice is preferred for most scheduling.
What if I have to change or cancel my plans after booking a trip?
Changing airports, adding a destination, and eliminating part of a trip are usually not a problem. Simply contact us as soon as the change is known. You may cancel a flight without obligation by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. If we have to cancel a flight due to safety concerns (weather, maintenance), then there will be no obligation. For other circumstances, please contact our office for more information.
Can you transport cargo?
Yes. Our Pilatus PC12 aircraft is an excellent mixed use platform for transporting basic cargo. At this time, we are not authorized to ship materials that are classified as HazMat (except in certain small quantities). Contact our office for more information.
How does the number of passengers affect pricing?
Our flight charges are based on hours of flying so, really not much at all. There is a small Domestic Segment Fee ($3.70 per person per flight segment) assessed as an excise tax. Charters are more cost effective when groups of people can fly to meetings, vacations, etc. simultaneously. This lowers the cost of flight per seat when compared to scheduled airline travel.
